- Tenders are invited for Engineering Corporation of Oromia has Currently Intended to Own 3d Physical Modeling Preparation for Adama Aba Gada Smart Urban Design. Bid closing date: Jun 07, 2022 10:00 AM Bid opening date: Jun 07, 2022 10:30 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: Birr 200 Bid bond: 1 % Engineering Corporation of Oromia has currently intended to own 3D physical modeling preparation for Adama Aba Gada Smart urban design. Therefore, interested eligible bidders are invited to participate in this bid for the aforementioned projects. Interested Bidders have to fulfill the procurement guidelines and shall submit a copy of: A. renewed Trade/Business License, Tax Clearance, Tin Certificate & VAT Certificate. Bids accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 1% of the total bid price including VAT in Ethiopian Birr in the form of CPO and must be submitted to the Office mentioned above. Bidders shall deliver bid documents to Engineering Corporation of Oromia, 3rd floor on or before June 7, 2022, at 10:00 AM. A bid shall be opened on the same date at 10:30 AM at ECO Hall in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives. A complete set of bidding documents in English can be purchased from the above office upon payment of a non-refundable fee birr 200.00 from the address indicated below. Bidders should present renewed license certificate issued from the concerned body & Registration VAT & TIN together with written clearance. ECO reserved the right to reject all or part of bids.
