Tenders are invited for 9KVA Solar Panel, Batteries, Controller, and Pump with all accessories purchase and installation Bid Guarantee letter for two months; 2% of the total bid guarantee. Eligible bidder should meet the following criteria: · Renewed Trade Business License · Tax registration certificate · Bid Guarantee letter for two months; 2% of the total bid guarantee will be required after selection for the finally three selected bidder only. · Technical and Financial proposal shall be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes. · The envelope shall be stamped for Sealed Confirmation. Bid Submission Guidelines The Technical document & financial proposal should be submitted separately based on the above requirements. The unit price must include materials, transportation and installation cost. Separate unit prices for materials, accessory, transportation & Installation should not be acceptable. This may result in disqualification. The Delivery location will be about 32 km from Hosanna town. Both documents must be submitted to Addis Ababa office. The documents should be clearly labeled and sealed, “9KVA Solar Panel” and should be addressed and delivered to the address below not later than the 14th Jun 2021, 5PM. Address 1.
