- Tenders are invited for Accounting Service Requirements: Must have renewed professional license and business license Must be registered as Certified Chartered Accountants Must have a Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Value Added Tax (VAT) certificate Must allocate key audit team will comprise, at least: An audit manager with at least 10 years of experience in auditing with a sound knowledge of the donor-financed project. A team leader must be a CPA/ACCA with a minimum of 5 years' experience in auditing; and Assistant auditors with adequate experience and professional qualifications Experience in auditing financial statements prepared based on IPSAS - Accrual basis (Preferred) Experience in auditing financial statements prepared based on U.S. GAAP standards ( Preferred)
