- Tenders are invited for Advertising Supply of the Innovation Development Center Interior Finishing and Refurbishment Works at Jig-Jiga Bid document price: Birr 200.00 Bid bond: Birr 100,000.00 Interested bidders should provide copies of relevant and valid documents with renewed trade licenses in the year 2013E. C, VAT and TIN registration certificate, supplier certificate, and evidence indicating that the bidder has performed taxpaying obligations from federal/regional revenue Authorities and also has Grade GC-5/BC-5. The Somali regional state bureau of Innovation and Technology (SRS BOINT) invites all eligible bidders to submit sealed bids Containing two original and copies of technical and financial proposals separately. Bid must be submitted to Somali Regional State Innovation and Technology (SRS BOINT), Finance and Logistic, support process for 21 working days of the announcement of the newspaper at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the 22nd Day after the announcement on the Newspaper at 10:00 AM in the presence of Bidders or their legal representatives. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids must provide by a bid security of Birr 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Birr) in CPO or unconditional bank guarantee. A complete set of bidding documents in English will be purchased from Jigjiga Somali Regional State Bureau of Innovation and Technology (SRS BOINT), particularly, finance, logistic planning, and M&E support Process, upon payment of a non-refundable fee birr 200. No bidders cannot change or amend any of the conditions specified in their bid document after the bid opening. And bidders cannot say no for the bidding All interested bidders can participate as specified in the BID. The Somali Regional State Bureau of Innovation and Technology (SRS BOINT) Bureau reserved the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
