Air Travel Agency Blanket Purchase Agreement The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite potential Offerors to submit a proposal and quote for Air ticket agency domestic and international travel Services. Dexis Consulting Group (Dexis) is currently implementing the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI) Ethiopia Program (Program) on behalf of USAID in Ethiopia. USAID/OTI aims to deliver fast and adaptable support that helps the Government of Ethiopia (GOE) and civil society advance democratic reforms and enhance citizen engagement in the governance processes.
