- Tenders are invited for Air Ticket Booking and Reservation Service 1. Domestic flight: Service charge for traveler with Ethiopian resident ID 2. Domestic flight: Service charge for non-resident of Ethiopia 3. International flight: Service charge for Economy class international travel Bid opening date: No Specific Opening Date Requirements: 1. Bidders should attach the following in their bid document: 1.1 Copies of renewed relevant business license, TIN and VAT Registration certificates, Comprehensive insurance policies for each of owned vehicles 1.2 Accredited IATA Travel Agency duly licensed in the country. 1.3 Documents showing proof of their good reputation working with other international NGOs and similar organizations. 2. Bidders should be willing to give their service under the following conditions: To accept a credit basis payment condition. To provide the services for duration of the contract from the date of signing with the offered prices. To provide legal receipt upon payment.
