- Tenders are invited for Appoint External Auditor NET CONSULT PLC, a company licensed to work in the field of civil engineering consultancy works and specializing in roads and bridge, wants to appoint an external auditor for the following activities, i) Setting up internal procedure for accounts, ii) Advising the company on tax issues, iii) Examining the company's books of accounts which is prepared according to IFRS for the year ended Sene 30, 2013 EC, and give feedback to the management based on the agreed time interval, iv) Advising on accounting the project site records. It is our great pleasure to invite all eligible bidders to submit their financial and technical offers, and to this effect bidders who fulfill the following criteria are invited to collect TOR (Terms of Reference) within 10 working days and submit proposals within 15 working days since the issuance of this notice on Ethiopian Reporter newspaper. Minimum general experience in the field of auditing and accounting for 10 projects Minimum of 2 clients of similar experience in auditing for engineering consulting firms like our company Renewed and valid license for the year 2013 EC Renewed and valid registration certificate from the concerned regulatory body TIN and VAT certificates
