- Tenders are invited for Architectural and Engineering Designs of 2b+G+12 Residential Building Interested potential bidders obtain Terms of reference from the office of Efoyta Marketing Center against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00/Two hundred Birr/ Starting From the date of publication of the tender in the newspaper onward Within 15 consecutive days during office hours. Bids must be delivered or deposited in the tender box situated at the office Efoyta Marketing Center Starting From the date of publication of the tender in the newspaper onward Within 15 consecutive days. The auction will be closed for 15 days starting from the date of publication of the tender in the newspaper at 3 P.M and will be opened at 4.00 P.M on the same day in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives. If the closing and opening of the auction are not on a working day, it will be closed and opened on the next working day at the same time. A bid is two envelop bid, and must be delivered with one original and one copy of the technical and financial proposal in separate envelopes to the address is given below. This invitation of bid is open to all interested potential bidders regardless of their nationality and the bid evaluation and award shall be determined in accordance with the provision indicated in the bidding document. Bid must be accompanied by a bid security of an amount of birr ETB 20,000.00 (Twenty thousand) in the form of CPO, bank guarantee or Bid Bond in the form of an Insurance bond which should be valid for 120 calendar days starting from the date of bid opening. Late bids shall be rejected.
