- Request for proposals are invited for Assessment of Media Influence and Contribution on Smallholder Dairy Farmers Adoption of Artificial Insemination Technology. Land O-Lakes International Development Fund invites proposals from eligible and competent bidders to conduct a cost benefit analysis of farmers investment on artificial insemination and its success stories under Public-Private Partnership for Artificial Insemination Delivery (PAID) project Ethiopia. PAID is a 5-year project that will address genetics constraints to dairy productivity growth in Tanzania and Ethiopia by strengthening artificial insemination (AI) delivery through public-private partnerships (PPPs). PAID is seeking a consulting firm that will play a leading role in conducting the survey to assess the influence and contribution of media campaign on increasing the adoption of AI services among the smallholder-s cattle-s owners in Amhara, Oromia, SNNP and Sidama regions. It is expected that the assessment requires about six (6) weeks starting around December 1st,2021. Applicants are expected to have strong expertise in the dairy sector and in conducting similar research and assessment for development projects.
