- Tenders are invited for ATM and ATM Shade Rebranding Works A complete set of Bidding Documents can be obtained commencing on December 11/2023 from the Supply Chain Management Directorate Office on the 16th floor at Wegagen Tower, In front of A.A Stadium, upon deposit of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 300.00 (Three Hundred Birr Only) in the account No. 0736452410101 during office hours (Monday to Friday) 8:00-12:00 p.m.1:005:00 PM./And (saturady) 8:00-12:00 p.m any wegagen bank branches. It is mandatory to present a copy of the renewed Trade License, Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, and VAT/TOT Registration Certificate. Bid proposal shall be accompanied by Bid security of Birr 300,000/Three Hundred Thousand Birr only in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee/CPO in the name "Wegagen Bank S.C" in a technical document or separately sealed envelopes. The bid documents must be deposited separately as financial and technical documents in sealed envelopes in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Wegagen Bank S.C, Supply Chain Management Directorate; Procurement Office during office hours before December 27, 2023, until 3:00 P.M in the afternoon, at the place mentioned under no.1 above, but bids received after the closing date and time will be automatically rejected. Bid opening shall be held in the presence of bidders and/or their legal agents who wish to attend, on December 27, 2023, at 3:30 P.M. in the afternoon at the place mentioned under no. 1 above as follows.
