- Tenders are invited for Audit Firms to be Audited. Habesha Brewery S.C would like to Invite Eligible Audit Firms to be Audited for the Period January 1, 2022, To December 31, 2022 The objective of this tender is to have the accounts and related financial reports of Habesha breweries S.C be audited for the period January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022 Bid closing date: Jul 11, 2022 4:00 PM Bid opening date: Jul 12, 2022 10:00 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: Birr 500 The auditor is expected to audit the books of accounts of the company as follows: a. Local statutory audit in accordance with internal financial reporting standards, the law of the country, and directives of regulatory entities. b. Group management reporting audit for parent company account consolidation (with Swinkels Family Breweries as Parent Company). This shall include a review of the reconciliation of the local statutory IFRS account, and the group account based on Dutch GAAP. C. Give assurance about the financial reporting and internal control system of the company to the parent company group auditors (PWC) and other relevant stakeholders.
