- Tenders are invited for Audit Service Bid document price: 100.00 Birr Bid bond: 15,000.00 Birr The Bid documents shall be obtained from Facility Management Department of Berhan Bank, Head office: located in front of Bole Bras Hospital (Bole Overpass Bridge), womsadco building 2nd floor, upon Deposit of non-refundable fee Birr 100.00 / Birr One Hundred/ at any Berhan Bank Branch during office hours (Monday to Friday: 8:00Am12:00Am and 1:00pm5:00pm/Saturday: 8:00am12:00am) starting from the date of advertising. Bid must be accompanied bid Security of Birr 15,000.00 (Birr Fifteen Thousand) in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee in favor of Berhan Bank. Bidders should submit separate technical and financial proposal. Technical proposal envelope should include trade license, tax registration certificates, renewed tax clearance certificate, bid bond, Professional License from concerned Office, testimonies of past experience, work plan and methodology and other related documents. The bidders should submit both financial and technical bid proposals sealed and deposit in the bid box prepared and placed at Facility Management Department Office for this purpose from the date of advertisement up to August 24/2021 10:00 AM the latest. Bid opening shall be held on August 24/2021 10:30 AM at the Facility Management Department Director office, womsadco building 2nd floor, in the presence of bidders/representatives. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid.
