Tenders are invited for Procurement of 6077 National Market Information System' and '8028 Farmer Hotline Media Outreaching Campaign: Broadcasting of Radio Advertisement in Multiple Radio Stations Bids opening date: Oct 18, 2021 03:30 PM Bid document price: Birr 200.00 Bid bond: Birr 20,000.00 The Agricultural Transformation Agency now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of 6077 National Market Information System' and '8028 Farmer Hotline Media Outreaching Campaign: Broadcasting of Radio Advertisement in Multiple Radio Stations Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Bidding is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two Hundred) in cash. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 3:15 P. M October 18, 2021. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives, who choose to attend in person at the address below at 3:30 PM October 18, 2021: All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Birr ETB 20,000 (Birr Twenty Thousand) or equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency: Bidder should submit a copy of renewed Trade Licence, VAT Registration certificate, and TIN certificate The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
