- Tenders are invited for Brokerage Services for Renting the Building for Office Purpose Bid closing date: Oct 06, 2023 2:30 PM Bid opening date: Oct 06, 2023 3:00 PM Region: Addis Ababa Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia hereby invites eligible professional leasing broker to submit their bids for the brokerage services for renting the building for office purpose. Any broker or its legal representative which fulfills the following minimum requirement can take the detailed terms of reference from the HFHE Office in-person or through email request. The potential bidder should include in the bid document the following evidence: - At least three potential office building bidders price quotations as per the requirement mentioned in the detailed criteria. Copies of the broker's renewed legal business license, registration, TIN, and VAT certificate. A complete set of bidding documents can be taken by interested and qualified bidders up on presentation of in-person or through the following email: procurement@habitatethiopia.org within ten consecutive calendar days starting from the announcement date of September 24, 2023, during the working hours (i.e., in the morning from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM & in the afternoon from 01:30 PM to 5:00 PM). The deadline for submission of the bid documents is October 6, 2023, before 2:30 PM. Bids will be opened at 3:00 PM on the same day at the HFHE Country office in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend. The broker should submit his/her technical and financial offers in sealed envelopes to Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia before the deadline. At the same time the broker should bring three potential price quotations from building owners in sealed technical and financial envelopes. Bidders must submit their technical and financial documents separately using the address described below. Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any stage of the bid process. Late bids shall be rejected.
