- Tenders are invited for Buildings Renovation and Maintenance Works Bid document price: 200.00 (two Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 130,000 birr Bidders are required to submit one original and two copies of Technical and Financial proposals in separate envelopes as per the bid document instructions. The bidder has to submit renewed relevant Trade license, valid Tax clearance letter, TIN certificate, VAT registration certificate and FPPA website supplier registration(to be checked online). Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bid of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Procurement directive and is open to all bidders as defined in the Bidding Documents. . Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement Service Directorate and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from Monday to Friday at working hours. Bid validity period shall be 60 days. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee ETB 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr). The method of payment will be through bank account number 1000007971544 Addis Ababa Science and Technology University. . The bid submission is from the date of the issue of the invitation on newspaper, to the 22nd consecutive day. Time 4:00 local. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below on the 22nd day of the date of the invitation on newspaper at 4:30 local time. If the 22nd day is not a working day, the bid will be delivered, closed and opened at the aforementioned time of the next working day. . Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 130,000.00 ETB (One Hundred Thirty Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee valid for at least 88 days.
