- Tenders are invited for Burayu Warehouse & Factory Building Construction Works Located in Oromia Regional State, Burayu Town. A complete set of bidding documents shall be collected, on and between August 18, 2022, and September 03, 2022, during office hours Monday to Friday, morning from 8:00 to 12:00 AM, afternoon 1:00-4:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 to 12:00 AM with a non-refundable payment of Birr 1000.00 (One thousand only) from the AIC Head office, Procurement, Logistics, and Property Administration Department, located at Ras Abebe Aregay Street, on the 5th floor of Awash Towers. Bidders should submit a bid security of Birr 200,000.00 (two hundred thousand) only in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee payable on first demand and sealed in a separate envelope marked as “Bid Security”. Bidders shall submit bid documents in person on September 06, 2022, from 8:30 A.M to 4:30 AM at the AIC Projects office, located at Lideta Sub-City, 1st floor of Taddese Tefera Building, (in front of Hotel D-Afrique), Addis Ababa. Late bids will be rejected. The bid will be opened and read at the AIC Project Office,at the address mentioned above on the same date at 11:00 A.M in the presence of bidders or legal representatives who choose to attend.
