    Dear Bidder,The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed:Ethiopia's horticultural sector faces several obstacles despite its quick expansion and financial contributions. The lack of qualified workers in fields is a serious problem.Market efficiency is further hampered by weak ties and a lack of integration among value chain actors.The STED methodology offers a structured and participatory approach to addresschallenges by working with governments, industries, employers' and workers'organizations, and education/training providers in developing and emerging countriesto diagnose skills needs: Identify current and future skills. Develop sector skillsstrategies: Create sector skills strategic documents with clear recommendations andimplementation plans.
