- The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) is located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and isseeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from qualified companies with the required expertise and experienceto provide Campus Architect Professional Services to support and implement a multi-year, multi-million dollar projects, strategies, and programs which include but are not limited to Facility alteration and improvement projects, Major maintenance and Upgrades to the facility and its infrastructure, Security and Conference management initiatives.The firm is expected to provide support for a campus plan including but not limited to conceiving, planning and programming, provide support in areas related to architectural, civil, electromechanical engineering, security, cost consultancy, quantity surveying, space planning, schematic and detailed design, construction document preparation, preparation of tender dossier, construction administration, construction supervision and close-out.
