Tenders are invited for Capable of Making Video Documentation and Production Bids opening date: 15th working day at 10:30 AM Bid document price: 200.00 Birr Bid bond: 10 % The firm should have a valid certificate of business registration, renewed trade license, tax clearance certificate, and VAT registration, The firm must have experience in video documentation and production. Interested bidders can find the Bid Document from Finance Team Office from Monday to Friday on working hours by paying non-refundable Bin 200.00 within 15 working days from the date of the announcement in the Ethiopian Herald newspaper. Bidders should submit two separate envelopes: clearly stated technical & financial documents on sealed envelopes up to the 15th working day. The bid will be closed on the 15th working day at 10:00 AM and will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same day. The selected bidder should submit a performance guarantee, 10% of the total price in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee by the name Refugees & Returnees Service'. Refugees and Returnees Service reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids partially or wholly.
