- Tenders are invited for Civil Work Construction, Supply & Installation of Pipes and Fittings and Supply and Installation of Electromechanical Equipments for Salahad Haffirdam Water Supply Project Bid closing date: Feb 12, 2024 10:00 AM Bid opening date: Feb 12, 2024 10:30 AM Region: Somali Bid document price: 1000.00 Birr for each one of the two contracts Bid bond: 1,500,000.00 Birr for each lot A complete set of bidding documents for each of the above two contracts in English Language may be obtained by interested bidders upon submission of an official written application to the Somali region water bureau and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 1,000.00 (One Thousand birr) for each one of the two contracts The bid for each one of the Salahad and Elele Haffirdam Water Supply Projects shall be separately accompanied by a bid Security amount of ETB 1,500,000 (One Million Five Hundred Thousand birr) and all the bid security shall be in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or C.P.O to Somali Region Water Bureau by using the bank guarantee form provided in the bidding document under Section IV (Bid Forms). The bids for each one of the two contracts should be separately delivered in a single sealed envelope to the above office on or before 10:00 a.m. on 12 days of February 2024 GC. Electronic bidding will not be permitted and late bids will be rejected. All the Bids of the above two contracts will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidder's designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address given below on the 12 day of February 2024 GC at 10:30 am.
