- Tenders are invited for Civil Works Construction, Supply & Installation of pipes and fittings and Supply & Installation of Electromechanical equipment for Qordhere and Ayerdega Sites of JigJiga Town Emergency Water Supply & Sanitation Project. Bid closing date: Jan 31, 2022 7:00 AM Bid opening date: Jan 31, 2022 7:30 AM Bid document price: Birr 500 Bid bond: Birr 200,000.00 Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Somali Regional State Water Bureau Second Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Project (2nd UWSSP) Coordination Unit room number 03 and inspect the bidding documents during office hours Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm at the address given below. A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be obtained by interested bidders up on submission of a written application to and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five Hundred) or equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 10:00am on 31% of January, 2022. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid Security of ETB 200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand birr) in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or CPO to Somali Regional State, Water Bureau. By using the bank guarantee form included in section IV (Bid Form) of the bidding Document, Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address given below on 31 of January, 2022 at 10:30 am. The Somali Regional State Water Bureau reserves the right to reject the bid fully or partially.
