- Request for proposals are invited for Cleaning Service Providers to Submit Technical and Financial Proposal Further Explained in Greater Detail on the Rfp and Tor A complete set of RFP can be shared up on request of interested Cleaning Service Provider by sending an email specifying the subject to SLOADDISABABAPROCUREMENT iom.int collect electronic copy complete set of RFP using own virus free USB flash drive from Addis Ababa IOM Country Office on below address, Mekele and Shire Sub Offices from 23 March 2021 to 11 April 2022 A pre-proposal conference and office visit shall be held in Addis Ababa IOM Country Office and Mekele and Shire Sub offices 07 April 2022 starting at 10:00AM, on below address. Proposal shall be valid for a period of one year (365 calendar days) after submission of proposal. Late proposal shall be rejected. Proposal must be delivered in hand to IOM SLO Addis Ababa located. Gemokenyatta Avenue, Kirkos Sub-City, Wereda 8, YeMez Building (behind Zuqualla Complex) or IOM Mekele and Shire SO on or before 12 April 2022 13:00 hours (East African Time). IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all proposals at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Service Provider/s of the ground for IOM action.
