- Tenders are invited for Coffee Quality Experiments, Wet Mill Advisory and Cupping Support Regrow Yirga Project. Objective of Scope of Work To design and manage quality experiments on the impact of individual processing practices on quality as well as on both the economics and quality impact of new technologies meeting the project clients- and industry learning needs and interest and providing an evidence base for the advice provided by the business team to clients. To have a full-time person manage a cupping lab in Dilla office to service wet mills and exporters with timely in-season cupping quality feedback and educate wet mills on the link between processing techniques and cup quality. Facilitate samples to buyers and create producer profiles based on clients- need and facilitate the participation of clients in cupping sessions during international events such as SCA or AFCA.
