- Tenders are invited for Competent Taxi Service Providing Company to Sign a One-Year Framework Contract Agreement for Taxi Service Needs DCA Ethiopia is looking for a competent taxi service providing company to sign a one-year framework Contract agreement for taxi service needs: Having qualified and hospitable drivers The vehicle must be insured and a copy of the renewed insurance certificate should be attached and delivered. The plate code must be a 3-xxxx The service provider should quote for the following taxi type and Model:- Must be four-door cars, minivans & minibus. Vehicles must have seating and seatbelts for all passengers. Must pass an annual inspection. The bid documents are ready for all interested bidders to collect from our office as per the address stated below and all offers should fulfill the requirements specified in the bid document. Price to be offered should be quoted per hour per km travel supported by a GPS system and must be visible to the controller Mode of payments on a monthly basis. The company should attach a letter of recommendation from at least five similar organizations (INGO) by stating the area and duration of service provided. Summary table for a number of company-owned vehicles with model, condition Ownership certificate, and production year. Renewed trade license for the Ethiopian fiscal year 2015 E.C and above TAX identification certificate, VAT identification certificate. Failure to Submit one of the eligibility criteria such as VAT, renewed trade license 2015 or above, and TIN certificate shall be a ground for rejection. Bid document collection & submission will be during working hours starting from 29th November up to 11 December 2023, from the DCA country office in Addis Ababa.
