- Expression of Interest are invited for Competitiveness and Job Creation (CJC) Project Coordinator The Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia-Industrial Parks Development Corporation has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Ethiopia Competitiveness and Job Creation Project-CJC (P143302). Qualification and Experience Required:- Post-graduate degree in Management Economics, or equivalent in a related field; 10 years of progressively responsible experience in the management of similar projects - experience in the management of World Bank-funded projects is preferable; Demonstrated experience working with teams and in managing projects and project teams; Experience working with a WB funded project is preferable. Strong computer, analytical and organizational skills, Excellent Written & Spoken English; Proven initiative & ability to work independently, Strong issue identification, problem-solving skills and analytical capacity; and Proactive communication and ability to know when to ask for help The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, flexibly and responsively with other stakeholders, should drive work plans to completion and meet milestones with little or no daily supervision, and be able to multitask and be effective under tight deadlines and in high-pressure situations.
