- Tenders are invited for Comprehensive Assessment of Barriers and Accessibility Challenges Faced by Children with Disabilities in their schooling at Jewi and Ngueyyiel Refugee Camps, Gambella Team Leader having a minimum of Master Degree or above in Inclusive education/special from any reputed academic institution. Extensive experience and knowledge in national education policies pertinent to inclusive education, practices and available government structure and educational priorities. The consultant shall also have an intensive experience of conducting sound researches. Knowledgeable of tools and methods used in educational assessments and evaluations. More than 8 years' experience in carrying out studies/evaluation/research of the development projects particularly focusing towards education related interventions. Capability to bring out children and gender inclusive issues and perspective in the study. vi. Experience with including children in studies and promotion of their active participation. Language skills: Proven proficiency in English (the consultant expected to hire professional translator, Neur language speaker, at his/her own cost.
