- Tenders are invited for Oromia Credit & Saving Share Company Request for Proposal for Comprehensive Revision of Organizational Structure Suit for the Financial Industry Consultancy Services To all qualified and experienced consultants for whom can prepare and submit the required organizatD0:77:14:4B:E8:D0ional l structure, salary and employee benefit package with renewed license valid for the current year 1. Oromia Credit & Saving Share Company (OCSSCO) has allocated the necessary fund for the procurement of consultancy service for comprehensive revision of Organizational structure, Salary and Employee benefits package consultancy services 2. Oromia Credit & Saving Share Company invites waxed, sealed bids from eligible bidders who are interested and capable to allocate their sufficient resources for comprehensive revision of Organizational structure, Salary and Employee benefits consultancy services 3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and are open to all eligible bidders 4. The bidder shall submit two waxed sealed bidding document. These two documents have (one original and one copy) for each technical and financial document. The copy should be photo copy of the original bid document and must be sealed and marked in the same manner as original bid document; the bid security must be waxed, sealed and signed separately 5. A complete set of building documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of written application indicating the projects on which the bidder is interested, VAT registration certificate, certificate of competence from concerned government body, renewed trade license, renewed trade registration certificate, valid tax clearance during period of bid validity from Oromia Revenue Authority or any other tax Authority up to bid validity date to the address given below and up on payment of un refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 200.00 only in cash starting from the first date notice viewed on the newspaper during office hours through Monday to Friday. 6. Bids must be delivered on or before 3:00 P.M, on 19thApril, 2021 (Original technical document will be opened on the same day at 3:30, in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend 7. The financial proposals of those selected or qualified consultants shall be opened and financial evaluation conducted after notice of the technical document result announced on the notice board, the bid is valid for 60 days. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ET. Birr 10,000.00(Ten thousand) for project which will be payable on the first demand to client, security need to be in acceptable form of CPO or bank guarantee. 8. Late bids shall be rejected and indicating of disclosing financial proposal anywhere in technical proposal will take to disqualification. 9. Oromia Credit and Saving Share Company (OCSSCO) has the right to accept /reject any or all bids.
