Quotation are invited for 15,600 Quintals of Concentrate Animal Feed Requirements to be full filled by prospective suppliers: Renewed trade certificate/license Should have certified license which indicate quality animal feed supplier Tax Payer Certificate VAT Registered Certificate Proven experience on animal feed provision specifically manufacturing of Activated total mixed ration (Activated TMR) The bidders should include the VAT cost on the unit price All pages of the bid document must be stamped and should include full address of the bidder if not the document has no value All document certificates, handwriting should be neat, visible, readable and validated The winner must provide 10% of the total value of the quotation as performance bound for advance payment (if the bidder need to take 10% of advance otherwise it is not a must to provide 10% performance security for advance payment) in the name of "Project Concern International" in the form of CPO or bank guarantee. An original and a copy bid shall be produced in sealed envelopes labelled as Original and copy. The envelopes shall then submit to PCI office within 10 working days of the date of announcement, located around Meskel Flower Hotel, Aster Plaza 7th floor. The bid will be opened at the PCI Ethiopia country office, Addis Ababa in the presence of bidders and/or their legal representatives who choose to attend. The bid opening day will be the next working day after the last date of the announcement (April 04,2022 at 10:00 Am)
