- Expression of Interest are invited for Conduct an Assessment of an Office Building in Addis Ababa All requests for questionnaires must be submitted with full details and contact numbers and addresses. Questionnaires must be completed and submitted in both hard copy and soft copy or by e-mail copy as Ms. Word and PDF files, no later than 25 August 2023 at 17.00 p.m. through ETH-Addis Ababa Supply Properties will be qualified for assessment on the following criteria. Completeness of information and valid documents submitted as required in the questionnaire The total area of the compound ranges from 7342 to13600 meters square and office space is only of 3500-meter square The building/compound is be located in a safe and secure neighborhood Building with complete infrastructure [Electricity, Water, ICT-related cables/lines] Parking space that can accommodate more than 200 vehicles Rooftop or on-ground place for VSAT installation, 5-meter square Bid closing date: No later than 25 August 2023 at 17.00 p.m. Bid opening date: No Specific Opening Date and Time Region: Addis Ababa
