- Expression of Interest are invited for Conduct a Baseline Survey for the Pesapye Project Eligibility criteria, the establishment of the short-list, and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank's Procurement Policy Framework for projects financed by the Bank Group, October 2015 Edition available on the Bank Website at http://www.afdb.org. Please, note that interest expressed by a consultant does not imply any obligation on the part of the MLLIS to include him/her in the shortlist. The estimated duration of the services is 2 (two) months and the estimated starting date is Jan 30, 2022. Interested firm consultants may obtain further information at the address below during office hours (9:00 am to 4:30 pm). Expressions of interest must be hand-delivered or emailed to the address below within 10 working days of the advertisement and must be clearly marked "Expression of Interest for the Consultancy Services for baseline survey (AfDB/PESAPYE/C03)".
