- Tenders are invited for Conduct Building Design, Supervision and Contract Administration Consultancy Service List date for sale of tender forms: September 25, 2021 up to 5:00pm Last date for submission of completed tender forms: October 15, 2021 up to 10:00am Date and time of opening of tender forms: October 15, 2021 at 10:31am Bids opening date: Oct 15, 2021 10:30 AM Bid document price: Birr 500.00 Bid bond: Birr 10,000.00 Tender forms along with terms and conditions and specifications can be obtained from the office of Arba Minch University procurement & property administration directorate office at Arba Minch & Liaison Office at Addis Ababa, Tell: 0111577704 or Arba Minch University, Arba Minch , Tell: 0468814533/1415 up on payment of non-refundable birr 500.00(Five Hundred Birr) Between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on any working day until September 25.-2021 up to 5:00pm All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 10, 000.00(Ten Thousand Birr) of bid value, in acceptable form (Cash, CPO or Bank Guarantee) prepared in the name of Arba Minch University and must be submitted with original financial proposal. The bidder shall seal the original and copy of the bid in separate envelop. Dully marking the envelopes as “ORIGNAL” and “COPY" as appropriate and forward both to the employer. A separate sealed envelope marked “BID BOND” carrying the supplier's bid security should be included in the envelope carrying the original financial document. A separate sealed envelope marked “CODE ID” carrying the supplier's secret number with identification of the bidder should be included in the envelope carrying the original Technical document. The supplier should submit their technical & financial proposal in separate envelopes. Bid documents will be filled including technical document, all necessary information & return to Arba Minch University Procurement Office at Arba Minch before 10:00am, October 15 2021. Bid will be closed at 10:00am and opened at 10:30am on the same date October 15 2021. In the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who are willing to attend the event.
