Tenders are invited for Conduct a Comprehensive Baseline Assessment and Mapping of the Project Area. PAPDA has started implementing a project entitled “Bokolmayo Integrated Access to Water and Livelihood Development Project” in Bokolmayo Woreda, Liban Zone of Somali Region to be implemented over three years( 2022 - 2024). The goal of this project is to contribute to the overall wellbeing of the pastoralist communities whereas its main objective is to improve access to water and enhancing livelihood development. PAPDA, therefore, needs to conduct a comprehensive baseline assessment and mapping of the project area. The main objective of this assessment and mapping is to gather and document information regarding the livelihood development in the project intervention area. The survey is expected to provide informative information on the following specific areas that are relevant to project indicators. · Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) current situation of the target areas, · The status of Livelihood and Income Diversification of the target communities, · Public health awareness and peaceful coexistence among the communities; IDPs, Hosts and Refugees. Interested legal applicants can collect the ToR from PAPDA office located on the road to Meskele Flower, in front of Dreamliner Hotel, on Y&H building; third floor. The applicants are required to submit their technical and financial proposal as per the requirements indicated in the ToR.
