Tenders are invited for Conduct a Program Evaluation Of “Semi-Independent Living Program (SIL)” Interested applicants are required to fulfill the following:- The Consultant should be a registered under Ethiopian law; Must have extensive experience in research & impact assessment At least 6 years of experience in doing such kind of research Must provide renewed certificate of professional competence from relevant government office; VAT registration certificate, trade license renewed for the year 2014 (EC) and tax payer registration certificate (TIN); Five (3 to 5) contacts for references from similar organizations for which the offeror has successfully performed similar task. Presenting more than 3 references is an advantage.
