- Tenders are invited for Conduct a Study of Legal Review and Cataloging of Economic and Social Rights under the Supervision of the Socio-Economic Rights Department All interested firms (companies): Should have experts who have at least LLM in Human Rights, preferably with a PhD in Law and related fields; who have at least five years of experience in human rights research, preferable at least three years of experience of providing human rights advice to public institutions; who are proficient in English and Amharic, preferably with additional language skills; and who are computer literate. Must be registered in Ethiopia and possess all registration documents; Must have a Valid tax clearance form; Should provide evidence (at least 3 references/proof attached) of similar work done within the last 3 years, Should submit a technical proposal outlining their understanding of the TOR, a methodology on how the work will be conducted, the work plan with timeframe, and how the firm/company meets the selection criteria; and Financial proposal with the itemized costs for the work covering professional fees, taxes and other costs
