- Tenders are invited for Conduct a Terminal Evaluation of a Four-Year Multilingual Education Project. Summer Institute of Linguistics (SIL Ethiopia) is a non-profit international NGO registered with ACSO (Agency of Charities and Societies Organizations) under license registration number 0906. SIL Ethiopia is looking for a licensed firm to conduct a terminal evaluation of a four-year Multilingual Education Project covering six languages of the Benchi-Sheko and West-Omo zones. The final evaluation shall assess the overall impact the project brought about in mother tongue education at pre-primary and primary schools as well as in a women-s literacy program. The bidders are expected to produce a well-designed technical and financial proposal in which the qualifications and experience of pertinent professional experts are included to accomplish an effective and high-quality evaluation. Interested bidders are invited to collect a ToR of the overall terminal evaluation tasks beginning from Monday, November 15, 2021 from SIL office reception desk. Applicants are invited to submit application and proposals between November 17- 22 2021 at SIL Ethiopia head office Language Programs Development Department.
