- Tenders are invited for Conducting Gender Audit Oxfam would like to conduct a participatory gender audit to evaluate and identify gaps in its internal structure, budgets, policies, and programs, which would help to develop a country-s gender strategy and action plans to ensure the organization is more gender-responsive and transformative Interested applicants can collect the TOR from OXFAM Ethiopia Program Office, starting from December 12 ,20222.
