- Tenders are invited for Construct Family Base Shelters Interested eligible bidders are expected to fulfill the requirements stated below. a. Bidders should have a valid and renewed valid license for the year. b. Bidders should mention number of days required to complete the work. c. Bidders should indicate whether the price includes or excludes VAT. d. Bidders should have minimum Grade 6 License in Constriction. The Complete set of bidding documents in English for the aforementioned activities can be obtained from Both Office in working days & hours from August 23, 2021 to August 30, 2021, located at the address mentioned above. Bid should be submitted to DEC Office on or before 10:00 AM August 30, 2021. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 10:30 AM August 30, 2021 at both Office.
