- Tenders are invited for Construct Gumata Chafe Tuma Cultural Youth Center Shop Project Bids opening date: 10:30 AM (4:30 local time) of 13/03/2014 EC Bid document price: Birr 500.00 Bid bond: Birr 200,000.00 Bidding documents may be purchased at the office of Oromia Special Zone Surrounding Finfinne Finance and Economic Corporation Office up on submission of written application and a non-refundable fee of Birr 500 (Five Hundred) starting from 22/02/2014 E.C A bidder has to be registered to collect "VAT" and copy of VAT certificate, trade license, Tax Clearance, registration certificate and Registration in the PPA's Suppliers List certificate must be submitted attached with the application Bidders may obtain further information, inspect and acquire the bidding documents, from Oromia special Zone Cultural & Tourism Office. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in CPO or Bank guarantee of 200,000 ( two hundred thousand Birr) valid for 90 days after the date of bid opening, The Bid Security Must be addressed to Oromia Special Zone Finance and Economic Corporation Office & must be attached to qualification document. Bid Security shall be submitted in form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee and Signed by two Signatories of accountant and manager of banks. Submission and opening of the bid, Bids must be delivered on the 15 working day on or before 10:00 a.m. (4:00 local time to same address given above Qualification information and Bid security of the bidders will be opened by the Procurement and supply work process of the Office in the presence of bidders/ representatives who choose to attend at the address below on the final date and 30 minutes after bid submission as stated above. Financial proposals of the qualified bidders will be opened on the date and time that is to be declared by the Office bid indorsing committee.
