• Tenders are invited for Construct Oda Nabe Project Bidding documents may be purchased at the office of Oromia Special Zone Surrounding Finfinne Finance and Economic Corporation Office upon submission of a written application and a non-refundable fee of Birr 1000 (One Thousand) starting from 13/2/2015 E.C A bidder has to be registered to collect "VAT" and a copy of the VAT certificate, trade license, Tax Clearance, registration certificate and Registration in the PPA's Suppliers List certificate must be submitted attached with the application. Bidders may obtain further information, inspect and acquire the bidding documents, from Oromia special Zone Administration Office. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in CPO or an Unconditional Bank guarantee of 250,000 (Two Hundred Fifty Thousand) that is valid for 90 days after the date of bid opening, The Bid Security must be addressed to Oromia Special Zone Finance and Economic Cooperation Office & must be attached to original technical qualification document. Bid Security shall be submitted in form of an Unconditional Bank Guarantee and Signed by two Signatories of the accountant and manager of the banks and must be sealed. Submission and opening of the bid; The tender remains floating from Newspaper Published within the 21st working days and bids must be delivered on the 22nd day on or before 10:00 a.m. (4:00 local time) to the same address given above Qualification information and Bid security of the bidders will be opened by the Procurement and Supply Work process of the Office in the presence of bidders/ representatives who choose to attend at the address below on the final date and 30 minutes after bid submission as stated above. Financial proposals of the qualified bidders will be opened on the date and time that is to be declared by the Office bid indorsing committee.
