- Tenders are invited for Construction of 12 Houses and 5 VIP Latrines in Shewa-Robit Town, as Per the Boq and Drawing Interested bidders may obtain the Tender Documents, including the: Form of tender, typical formats, Drawings, Specifications, and Bill of quantities for each of the aforementioned activities against 250 Birr from HFHE head office located at Addis Ababa, Bole sub-City, Woreda 04, H# New on date August 20 -2023 between 8:30-11:40 A.M and 1:00-4:00 PM. The deadline to submit the financial and technical proposal is 10 calendar days from the start date of document collection. Tenders duly filled must be accompanied by: Renewed business license for the year 2015 E.C. VAT registration certificate Company profile showing past performance record on similar works and other relevant credentials. Financial proposal as per the BOQ and specification and drawings prepared by the client. Bid Security in the name of "Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia" for 2% of bid amount in the form of CPO valid at least for 28 additional days after bid validity period, which is 90 days from bid opening date. Bids must be put in a wax-sealed envelope, clearly marked by "bidders name, address, legal Stamp and name of the particular Lot &site." and submit their technical and financial document in one (1) original and One (1) copy for both. The CPO for the 2% bid security should be submitted with the original financial document, after separately sealed in separate envelope. Then submit such separate wax sealed documents to Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia to the address stated above on or before August 31, 2023, Time 2:30 PM. Bids will be opened same day on August 31, 2023, at 3:00 pm at HFHE Country office at in the presence of bidders or bidder's legal representatives who wish to attend.
