- Tenders are invited for Construction of 15 Houses and 7 VIP latrines in Shewa-Roit Town, as per the BoQ and Drawing Interested bidders may obtain the Tender Documents, including the: Form of tender, typical formats, Drawings, Specifications and Bill of quantities for each of the aforementioned activities against 400 Birr from HFHE head office located at Addis Ababa, Bole sub-City, Woreda 04, H# New on date July 26-2023 between 8:30-11:40 A.M and 1:00-4:00 P.M. The deadline to submit the financial and technical proposal is 10 calendar days from the start date of document collection. Tenders duly filled must be accompanied by: Renewed business license for the year 2015 E.C. VAT registration certificate Company profile showing past performance record on similar works and other relevant credentials A financial proposal as per the BOQ and specifications and drawings prepared by the client Bid Security in the name of "Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia" for 2% of the bid amount in the form of CPO valid at least for 28 additional days after bid validity period, which is 90 days from the bid opening date. Bid closing date: Aug 04, 2023 2:30 PM Bid opening date: Aug 04, 2023 3:00 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 400.00 Birr Bid bond: 2% Bids must be put in a wax-sealed envelope, clearly marked by "bidders name, address, legal Stamp and name of the particular Lot &site." And submit their technical and financial document in one (1) original and One (1) copy for both. The CPO for the 2% bid security should be submitted with the original financial document, after being separately sealed in separate envelope. Then submit such separate wax-sealed documents to Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia to the address stated above on or before August 04, 2023, Time 2:30 PM. Bids will be opened the same day August 04, 2023, at 3:00 pm at HFHE Country office in the presence of bidders or bidder's legal representatives who wish to attend.
