- Tenders are invited for Construction of 4 Blocks of 2B+G+M+ 10 "Shato Apartments" Building in Addis Ababa City Administration, Bole Sub City, Woreda 07. A complete set of TOR in English shall be obtained from the Supply Chain Management Division of Hydroplane Engineering and Trading PLC located at HQ Building 4th floor upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr only), during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:30 AM-12:30 PM; 1:30 PM- 11:30 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM-12:00 PM) starting from the date of this announcement posted on newspaper by presenting copies of their legal documents. Bid submission date is on October 04, 2023, till 4:00 pm. The bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond of ETB 10,000 (Ten thousand Birr only) and the Bid bond must be in the form of an unconditional and irrevocable Bank Guarantee or C.P.O. The Bid Bond can be issued by any local Bank and should be valid for a period of 60 days from the last date of bid submission. The 1st to 3rd evaluated winners shall be awarded the best proposal prizes in Ethiopian currency as stipulated in the TOR. Site visit is a must and it shall be organized for all bidders starting from August 24 to September 7/2023. A pre-bid meeting shall be undertaken on September 14, 2023, at 8:00 PM at the meeting hall of the company, located on the 1st floor of the HQ building. All bidders should present their request for clarification on pre-bid meeting. The response for clarification shall be distributed to all bidders through their official email address registered during TOR purchase.
