- Tenders are invited for Construction of 4 Toilets with Showers, Septic Tanks, Soak Away Pits, and Car Wash Facilities Located in the Compounds of the Ministry of Water and Energy & the Branch Offices Bidders must have undertaken at least 1 (one) Contracts successfully completed contract having an amount of ETB 14,000,000.00 with a similar size, nature, and complexity during the last 10 (ten) years supported with names of clients, type, and value of contracts. Audited financial statements of the bidder for the last 5 (Five) years to confirm a Minimum peak annual turnover of greater than or equal to ETB 20,000,000. The bidder shall demonstrate that it has access to, or has available liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means (independent of any contractual advance payment) sufficient to meet the cash flow requirement of ETB 4,000,000 or equivalent net of the applicant's other commitments. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 300,000.00 in the form of an Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO to the Ministry of Water and Energy and shall remain valid for 118 (One Hundred eighteen) days. For Bank Guarantee the bidder must use the bank guarantee form included in section IV (Bid Form) of the Bidding Document. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Sep. 4/2023 at 2:00 p.m. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
