- Tenders are invited for Construction of Administration Building, Dormitory, Precision Tools and Die Making Workshop, Leather Garment Workshop and Classrooms Bids opening date: Oct 29, 2021 02:30 PM Bid document price: Birr 1,000.00 Bid bond: Birr 4,500,000 The Bidding document in the English language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 1,000.00 /One Thousand Birr/. The method of payment will be in cash or cash payment order /CPO/ in the name of the Ethiopian Technical University. The document will be sent by e-mail or bidders can collect it in person from the Ethiopian Technical University Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before November 29, 2021, 2:00 P.M Local Time. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on November 29, 2021, at 2:30 P.M Local Time (Addis Ababa Time). All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 4,500,000 /ETB Four Million Five Hundred Thousand/ or the equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency in the form of Bank guarantee issued from commercial banks. In the case of Bank guarantees issued from other countries other than Ethiopian Banks, the bid security should be counter guaranteed by Ethiopian Commercial Banks.
