- Tenders are invited for Shashemene City Administration Invites Wax-Sealed Bids from Eligible and Qualified Bidders for the Construction of Alelu Sub City Park Bid closing date: 31 calendar days at 10:00 am local time Bid opening date: 32nd day at 4:30 am local time Bid document price: Birr 500.00 Bid bond: Birr 100,000.00 Qualifications requirements include Five years General Experience General in Construction & Building Specific Experience at least in bidding document, Renewed Certificate of the year, Registration in Grade 6 in GC & BC from the Authorized body, Valid I ax clearance Certificate and VAT registration. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee 500(five hundred). The method of payment will be in cash appearing in person. Bid must be delivered to the address blow starting the day of invitation of the bid posted on newspaper up to 31 calendar days at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected. The bid will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend i. person at the address below on the 32nd day after the invitation is posted on the newspaper at 4:30 am local time. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 100,000 ETB (one hundred thousand).
