- Tenders are invited for Furnishing the Necessary Materials, Labor, And Equipment for the Construction and Completion of Construction Work at Different Zones and Special Woredas Bid closing date: On the 31st calendar days beginning from the date of advertisement at at 9:00 AM - 12:00 AM hour local time. Bid opening date: On 31st calendar days beginning from the date of advertisement at 2:30 PM hour local time Region: SNNPR Bid document price: 500.00 Birr Bid bond: 500,000.00 Birr A complete set of bidding documents may be collected by the bidder upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 500.00 (five hundred) at working hours from SNNPRS kembata tembaro shinshicho town administration Finance and Economic Development directorate, shinshicho, Ethiopia, Telephone 046 339 08764. Eligible bidders are required to submit Technical and Financial proposals in separate envelopes. Bids must be delivered to the address SNNPRS kembata tembaro zone shinshicho town administration Finance and Economic Development Office on 31st calendar days beginning from the date of advertisement. If the 31st day is not a working day; the bid will be submitted at the aforementioned time of the next working day. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 500,000.00 (Five hundred thousand birr) as mentioned above or an equivalent amount in an acceptable form expressed in a freely convertible currency, in the form of certified payment order (CPO) or unconditional Bank guarantee in the form provided in the Bid document payable to the Employer at the first demand without any contestation whatsoever, the bank guarantee issued any international (Foreign) bidders must be counter guaranteed by local (Ethiopian) bank and must be submitted at the address of SNNPRS kembata tembaro zone shinshicho town administration Finance and Economic Development Office, shinshicho Ethiopia telephone 046 339 0876 The Bid comprising of the technical and financial documents must be delivered in separate sealed envelopes in two copies the original and a copy of the document to the address given above at 9:00 AM - 12:00 AM hour local time. All copies of the bids shall be submitted in separate envelopes i.e. the (technical proposal, financial offer, and Bid security) and one outer envelope duly marking the inner envelopes as ORIGINAL and COPIES both for the technical proposal and finical offer. The bid bond shall be part of the technical offer but in a separately sealed envelope.
