- Tenders are invited for Construction and Completion of Ground and First Floor Finishing Work and Site Work of the Started ERCS-s Multi-Purpose Building Found at West Gojjam Zone-Finote Selam Town Interested and eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bid documents from ERCS- Amhara National Regional Branch Office by paying a non-refundable fee of 1500 ETB (One Thousand Five Hundred Birr) only; bidders may obtain additional information from the address mentioned below. All bids must be accompanied by bid security amounting 2% of the bid-offer in the form of cash, CPO or bank guarantee addressed to the above-mentioned office on a separate wax-sealed envelope. Financial offer shall be produced in separate wax-sealed envelopes labeled as “Financial Original “and “Financial Copy”; also, technical offer shall be made in a separate wax-sealed envelopes clearly labeled as “Technical Original” and “Technical Copy”. All the wax sealed envelopes consisting the technical offer, financial offer and CPO shall then be incorporated in a signed and wax-sealed outer envelope, and addressed to ERCS-Amhara National Regional Branch Office. Bid will be closed on the 15th day of official bid announcement date at 2:00 pm and will be opened on the same day at 2:30 pm in the presence of those bidders or their authorized representatives who are willing to attend the event at ERCS-Amhara National Regional Branch Office, Bahir Dar.
