- Tenders are invited for Construction and Completion of a Hap/Hydroxyl Apatite/ Fluoride Treatment Plant Bids opening date: 21st day of the bid announcement day at 2:30 pm Bid document price: 200.00 (two Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 20,000.00 (Twenty thousand) birr Kenbata Tembaro Zone Hadero Tunto Zuriya woreda mendoye kebele Admasu Arbiche spring site. 2.The deadline for bid submission date on or before the 21st day of the bid announcement day at 2:00 pm Bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 02:30 pm, in the presence of the bidders or authorized representatives. If 21st day of the bid announcement lies on Ethiopian Holyday or weekend, the opening day of the bid will be on the next working day. The national competitive bidding is open at the same time all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Bidding Documents. Qualifications requirements include i. Ownership and/or existing lease of relevant equipment and machinery. ii. Experience in water Work construction jil. Availability of relevant experienced personnel as provided in the bidding document. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders, upon submission of written request application and payment of a non-returnable fee of Ethiopian Birr 200.00 (Two hundred Birr only). Bids should be accompanied by bid security amounting to 20,000.00 (Twenty thousand) birr in an acceptable form of CPO or Bank Guarantee and shall remain valid for a period of 90 days after the date of bid opening
