- Tenders are invited for Construction and Completion of Moyale Borana Market Center at Moyale Town. Bid document price: 1000 birr A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of written application VAT registration certificate, tax payer identification certificate, and a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority, and the supplier list certificate, renewed trade registration certificate, renewed trade license issued by the body of establishment that each concerns, to the address given below and up on payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 1000 on Ethiopian Commercial Bank account number 1000026574416 starting from the first date notice viewed on newspaper during office hours through Monday to Friday Bids must be delivered on or before 4:00AM local time, on the 22 th working day from the first announcement date and will be opened on the same day at 4:30AM local time at Borana Zone Finance and Economic Cooperation Office in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend. The opening of the bid shall not be affected by the absence of the bidder or the representative. If the bid closing or opening date is on holyday, closing or opening of the bid will be the next working day at the same time and the same venue.
