- Tenders are invited for Construction and Completion of a Multipurpose Hall Building at Jimma Agricultural Research Center in Jimma Town Bid closing date: 31st calendar day beginning from the first date of first advertisement. at 2:00 P.M Bid opening date: 31st calendar day beginning from the first date of first advertisement. at 2:30 P.M Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: Birr 1500 Bid bond: Birr 100,000.00 Each bid must be accompanied by an acceptable bid bond in the form of CPO equal to birr 100,000(ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND BIRR) which shall remain in forces for 90 calendar days from the bid opening date and shall be in separate envelope. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance security at its option, a Bank guarantee in the sum of 10% of the Contract amount or a Performance bond within 15 days from the letter of acceptance.
